Who we are
Villa Pools Dubai (villapoolsdubai.com) is a referral portal run by SPONE FZCO, which is responsible for the personal data described here. We pass villa pool quote requests to independent contractors licensed in Dubai. We don't build pools.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: the area or community, pool type, rough size, budget range and start date you choose, your name, your phone number and your email address. We also receive the page you sent it from.
To stop automated spam, the form runs a check provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details for that purpose. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you by email about your request, to pass it to contractors so they can quote for your pool, and to answer any question you raise about it. We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, as required by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Who receives it
Up to three independent contractors licensed in Dubai who work in your area. Each contractor handles your details under its own responsibility once it receives them. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf to deliver the request.
We don't sell your details and we don't share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
The site doesn't store requests in a database. Your request is delivered by email to our inbox, and we delete it within 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further sharing; it doesn't undo sharing that has already happened, but we will tell the contractors who received your request that you have withdrawn it. Write to hello@villapoolsdubai.com with the name and email address you used on the form.
If you're unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
