What this site does

Villa Pools Dubai is a referral portal run by SPONE FZCO. We reply to your quote request by email and, with your consent, pass it to up to three independent contractors licensed in Dubai. We don't build pools, give quotes, or sign building contracts, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.

Contractors

Contractors are independent businesses. Before you hire one, check their trade licence, insurance, approvals and references, and agree the scope, price, timeline and warranty in writing. You are free to accept or decline any quote.

Guides and estimates

The cost figures on this site are published market estimates, not quotes, and the approval information is a general summary, not legal or engineering advice. Rules and prices change; each page shows when it was last checked. Confirm the details for your property with your consultant, your community and the relevant authority.

Using the form

Send only accurate details about your own property, or a property you're authorised to act for. Don't use the form to send advertising or automated requests.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SPONE FZCO isn't liable for work done, advice given or prices charged by contractors, or for decisions made on the basis of the guides on this site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
